The Backstory…

Back in August 2023, I met Kem and Abdullah, two 19-year-olds that had been trying to start a short-form content agency (called Collective Ventura) for a while now but without much financial success.

You see, it's not like they didn't know what they were doing.

In fact, they ran one of the biggest Andrew Tate fan pages on Twitter (now X) called @reachmorpheuss with over 230K followers. You've 100% seen them before if you've ever browsed that side of Twitter.

They were constantly generating hundreds of thousands of views per week, not only with their tweets but with their own short form content as well.

Despite all of that apparent success they were struggling to sign clients for their agency.

They were cold emailing, cold DM-ing and cold calling but with little to no success.

And even on the off-chance they got on a sales call, they almost NEVER managed to close the client.

And you see, that wasn't because they were not good…

Obviously they knew how to generate views. So why was it so difficult for them to get clients?

After a few months of aimlessly doing outreach, they were reaching the point of almost giving up. It seemed like everything they tried didn't bring them any results.

And if you're running an agency I know you know this feeling too.

You work 24/7 for weeks, sometimes months on end without seeing a single dollar land in your bank account.

It's discouraging.

It's disheartening and it almost makes you want to say "fuck it" and just get back on the "normal" path…

But for some people, like Kem and Abdullah (and most likely like you), that's not an option.

And now comes the point where I met them.

At that time I was working with a consulting firm that helped agency founders scale their business.

So, Kem and Abdullah came to us with their story, and their problems.

We started brainstorming with our team, and this is what we found out:

They were unable to convert the traffic they were generating

Between the combined efforts of the content they were posting, and the cold outreach they were doing, it was obvious that they did not have a traffic problem. They could generate that on demand.

Therefore, the problem was with CONVERTING that traffic…

They had a long sales cycle

On the off-chance they got an interested prospect, the sales cycle was long and drawn out… First, because they didn't have a set-in-stone system to handle call bookings, and second, because they had to nurture the lead on multiple emails and sales calls before the prospect felt confident to move forward.

And finally, the founders were STUCK in their business…

They were handling EVERYTHING. Which is very common when starting a business. You see, my job at this consulting firm was to build websites.

And often times, my websites solved a big part of the problems we just listed.

Usually, the people who need a good, conversion-focused website (like Kem and Abdullah), don't have the budget to get one.

A good website for a Short Form Content agency will usually set you back at least $1,500 but a lot of times it can cost a lot more, depending on the complexity of the project.

So that wasn't an option for our boys…

But just a week before we started working together, I had an epiphany…

After building agency websites for more than 2 years, I started noticing some obvious patterns that all well-converting agency websites had in common.

It's like they followed a certain framework, that when applied correctly would result in a good website that nurtures leads and gives them an easy way to convert, all in one impressive page.

So, I thought…

Why not use this framework I had spent 2 years to perfect, to build affordable and easy-to-use website templates for agency owners that were in the exact same position as Kem and Abdullah?

And this was the perfect opportunity to test this idea out.

We agreed that I will provide them with a website template at a FRACTION of the cost of a custom-build (the template was priced at $69, and as we saw, a custom site costs at least $1,500) but after that I would be able to sell that exact same template to other agency owners.

And that's what we did.

I worked on the template for 2 weeks, making sure it was easy to edit even by people with 0 web design experience, making sure it had every single element from that conversion-focused framework, and recording full-length step-by-step tutorials to help my future clients use that template to its full potential.

So, after finishing it, I gave it to them and…

It solved 99% of the problems we listed.

Now they had a place to send all of the traffic they were generating, confident that it will convert a high percentage of it;

They significantly shortened the sales cycle because prospects were already educated on their services, and on their credibility before they got on the call.

This freed up tons of time and allowed them to focus on GROWING rather than operating the business.

And the best part is, they were able to go from 0 to a live website within a couple of afternoons, and had no difficulties customizing the template because they followed our step-by-step tutorials…

Mind you, they had NEVER built a website before.
