There are plenty of high-converting SaaS landing page examples to draw inspiration from. I’m going to share some of the best SaaS landing page templates available to founders.
SaaS Landing Page Template: Setting The Stage For My Experiment
Before we dive into the 3 examples I've prepared, I want to share what I was actually looking for before selecting the templates.
It's important to note that these are the bare minimum requirements that I was looking for.
However, you will best know what is most suitable for your specific needs.
Design and Aesthetics
The first and one of the most important things about selecting a template for your new website, is its aesthetics and design.
It's crucial to choose something that is already close to what you want to achieve.
Reason being is that templates can be difficult to customize purely visually. It will make your life 10x easier if it's already close to your desired look & feel.
Not only that, but a good design also competitively positions your software. Think about it, if you land on an old, clunky website, you'll think that not only does their website suck, but their product must suck as well.
So, let's try to avoid that.
User Experience
A good design can only go so far if it's difficult to use for the users.
This is why the second most important criteria for us is good user experience. We want to make sure the template is easy to navigate, easy to understand, and easy to use.
Conversion Funnel
At the end of the day, the goal of every marketing website is to bring in more leads.
So, we're going to be looking at templates that offer numerous conversion points, and templates that have a solid conversion funnel in place that allows you to clearly present your product, and that allows you to build trust and credibility along the way with testimonials, case studies, logos, etc.

Here’s What All High-Converting SaaS Websites Have In Common
Over the course of my career in web design I've looked at thousands of websites, and built hundreds.
In that time I've found certain sections and elements that all well-performing websites have in common. Things like testimonials, case studies, conversion-points, little trust-building elements that turn your website into a lead-generation machine.
I'm going to share a few of those I've found in SaaS templates.
5 Must-Have Elements I Look For In A Landing Page Template For SaaS
First of all, it's important to know what needs your specific business has before picking a template.
Do you need a changelog page? Do you need a roadmap page? Do you need a blog?
Once you're clear with what you want, you can start exploring the options.
But in this segment of the article, I'll show you what I believe to be 5 must-have elements in a SaaS landing page that will boost your conversions dramatically.
Testimonials
One of the key things every website should do is build trust, social proof and credibility.
And what better way to build social proof than to show what existing happy customers say about your product.
Usually testimonials come in a written text format, but if you can manage to get your clients to record short 30-second to 1-minute videos, that will be even better.
Every website should have a dedicated testimonials section. And the more you have, the better.
FAQ
FAQ sections are one of my favorites. It's a great way to address common concerns your clients show on sales calls, that can easily be explained by a paragraph or two.
Clear Conversion Points
Obviously, you need a way for your visitors to convert to leads or clients.
In SaaS website, this can be achieved with pricing sections, contact pages, contact forms, newsletter signups, lead-magnets, etc.
Explainer Sections
Especially if your product is a bit more complex, you need to make sure you have a suitable explainer section that allows you to share some more information about your product, how it works, and who is it for.
Those can be simple title, description, CTA + image sections, bento grids, long-form paragraphs, etc.
Effective & Aesthetic Design
As we already mentioned in this article, an aesthetic design is a MUST in this day and age.
You want your product to be shown in the best light possible. And if you don't do this right, your competitors will and they will steal your customers.
So, better get it right and pick a template that simply looks good.
