1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website wizetemplates.com and all products and services offered by Wize Design EOOD ("Wize", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a product or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms are available in both English and Bulgarian. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

2. Products & Services

Wize offers the following digital products and services:

Standard Template License A single-site license granting you the right to use one Framer template on one website. Each purchase covers one published website.

Multi-Site Template License A per-template license granting you the right to use one Framer template on an unlimited number of websites. This license is available as a separate product option before checkout.

All-Access Plan A single purchase granting you access to every template in the Wize library, including all future releases. All-Access holders may use any template across an unlimited number of websites and for client projects.

Remix UI A Framer component and section library available for unlimited use across any number of projects and clients.

Setup Service (coming soon) A done-for-you template customization and launch service. Specific terms for this service will be provided at the point of purchase.

Free Templates & Demos Free templates and hero section demos are available for use without purchase. These may be used freely across personal and commercial projects but may not be resold or redistributed as standalone products.

3. License Terms

3.1 Standard License

Upon purchasing a standard template license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the template on one published website
Customize the template for personal or commercial use
Use the template to build a website for a client (one site only)

You may not:

Use the template on more than one published website
Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with any third party
Sub-license, transfer, or assign your license to another person or entity
Use the template to create a competing template product

3.2 Multi-Site License

Upon purchasing a multi-site license for a specific template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use that template on an unlimited number of published websites
Customize the template for personal or commercial use
Use the template across multiple client projects

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the template files with any third party
Sub-license, transfer, or assign your license to another person or entity
Use the template to create a competing template product

3.3 All-Access License

Upon purchasing the All-Access plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use every template in the Wize library across an unlimited number of websites
Customize any template for personal or commercial use
Use any template across unlimited client projects
Access all future template releases at no additional cost

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share any template files with any third party
Sub-license, transfer, or assign your license to another person or entity
Use any template to create a competing template product

3.4 Remix UI License

Remix UI is licensed for unlimited use across any number of personal, commercial, and client projects. You may not resell or redistribute Remix UI as a standalone product.

3.5 Free Templates & Demos

Free templates and demo sections are provided for personal and commercial use at no cost. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage free templates or demos as standalone products.

4. Intellectual Property

All Wize templates, demos, components, and associated design assets remain the intellectual property of Wize Design EOOD. Purchase of a license grants you the right to use the template as described in these Terms — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, code, or assets.

Content you add to a template — including your copy, images, branding, and customizations — remains your own intellectual property.

Wize Design EOOD retains all rights, title, and interest in the original template designs, code, and assets not explicitly granted to you under these Terms.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely by our payment processors — Polar, Stripe, and LemonSqueezy. Wize does not store your payment card details.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes in price do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered.

We encourage you to review the live preview and free demo before purchasing to ensure the template is suitable for your project. If you have any questions before buying, contact us at teo@wize.design and we will help you make the right choice.

If you experience a technical issue or the template does not function as described, contact us at teo@wize.design and we will resolve it promptly.

7. License Violations

We take intellectual property seriously. If you are found to be in breach of any license terms described in these Terms — including but not limited to reselling, redistributing, or using a template beyond the scope of your license — the following applies:

Your license will be immediately and permanently revoked without refund
We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover damages and enforce our intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to report violations to relevant platforms and authorities

8. Reviews & Testimonials

By submitting a review or testimonial on our website, you grant Wize Design EOOD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display your review or testimonial on our website and in our marketing materials.

You confirm that any review or testimonial you submit is honest, accurate, and based on your genuine experience with our products. We reserve the right to remove any review that contains false, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our templates are built for use on the Framer platform. We are an official Framer partner but are an independent business — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Framer as a platform.

We are not responsible for any changes Framer makes to its platform, pricing, features, or availability that may affect how our templates function. In the event that Framer significantly changes or discontinues functionality that affects a template you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected templates but cannot guarantee compatibility in all circumstances.

We expressly disclaim any responsibility for losses, damages, or disruption caused by changes to or discontinuation of the Framer platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our templates will meet every specific requirement of your project, or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

We make no guarantees regarding the commercial performance, conversion rates, or business outcomes achieved through the use of our templates.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wize Design EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bulgarian or EU law.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Where you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of a digital product and acknowledged that this waives your right of withdrawal, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Your statutory rights under Bulgarian and EU consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at teo@wize.design. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers via email.
